The Translator Framework

Many conflicts persist because people are speaking different languages—not literally, but through different experiences, fears, responsibilities, and understandings of the world.

The Translator Framework is a practical approach for helping people move from misunderstanding and defensiveness toward understanding, accountability, and possibility.

Why This Work Matters

I believe people and institutions are capable of learning, accountability, and change. My work is rooted in the belief that understanding and accountability are not opposites. When approached with curiosity, courage, and care, difficult conversations can become opportunities for healing, growth, and transformation.

Listen. Interpret. Translate. Create Understanding. Build Forward.

Helping institutions, communities, survivors, and families navigate harm, conflict, and accountability with dignity, care, and courage.
