Helping institutions and families build trust after harm through accountability, dignity, and courageous dialogue.
When harm happens, trust becomes fragile. Families are trying to understand what happened. Leaders are working to protect their communities while navigating legal, ethical, and institutional responsibilities. In these moments, people need more than a process—they need a path forward.
I help schools, colleges, organizations, and families build trust after harm through consultation, facilitation, training, and dialogue. Together, we navigate difficult conversations, strengthen relationships, and develop responses that honor accountability, dignity, and courage.
My work draws on experience in Title IX, violence prevention, victim advocacy, conflict transformation, and institutional response. I believe meaningful change happens when people are supported in facing difficult conversations with honesty, compassion, and a commitment to learning.
